The General Insurance - Auto Insurance Review from Mission, Kansas
Unfortunately, I had to encounter service with The General because my vehicle was involved in a hit and run. After tracking down the owner and calling insurance.
I made a claim and was assigned an agent. Although I was told she would contact me w/n 48 hrs, it was 3 weeks, 15 messages, and 3 emails, before I reached her. She never contacted me. She happened to FINALLY answer her phone on 1 of the many times I called.
All to tell me there's nothing they will be doing for my claim. The entire experience was unprofessional and disregaurding. Including the management. I would be ashamed to say I had any relation to this company.
Employee or client.
Having to experience The General's version of "service", I am thankful for my insurance company, and I will NEVER resort to The General. I advise others to do the same.
